How I Survive Cancer

I work hard and play hard. I do find energy levels can become too low for what I want to do at times, there again I am nearly 50!

Stay clear off negative people and stressful situations (difficult at times).

How I Fight for a Cure

I would like to do a coast to coast ride on my horse (northern England) to raise funds. This would take some organising as it would be over three/four days and I would like to complete it with someone either on a horse or bike. So if there is any one who would like to have a go next year (2009) please contact me.

My Caring Words of Encouragement

Be strong and positive and don't let anyone deter you from doing the things you want to do.
