Cancer type (NET):
Carcinoid
Diagnosis Year:
2004
How I survive cancer:

Hello, I was diagnosed with carcinoid tumours when I was 17 weeks pregnant after having my appendix removed.
The tumours were also located in my bowel and 4 months after I delivered a healthy baby girl I had surgery to remove my large bowel.

Annual routine tests revealed that I had developed 2 carcinoid tumours in my liver. These tumours are inoperable, I have had radiation therapy and now I see a fantastic oncologist.

I am now in my late 30's and I am pregnant again and I have developed carcinoid symptoms.

How I fight for a cure:

With the help of my doctor and oncologist and the support of my family and friends my wonderful fiance Bosco and of course the Lord. caringwords = Trust in the Lord with all your heart.

My caring words of encouragement:

Trust in the Lord with all your heart.
