The Los Angeles Marathon is one of the world's leading marathons and has an exciting atmosphere.  The event runs through the multi-cultural heart of the city, involves more than 20,000 marathoners, attracts more than one million spectators, and offers more on-course live performances than any marathon in the world.

The Los Angeles Marathon is proud to support and cooperate with various local, national, and international charities, including the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation.
